  • We deliver to UK addresses only, including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

  • Orders may arrive in separate parcels if items are fulfilled from different locations (e.g., in-stock items from Vin’s Boutique and dropshipped items from our suppliers).

  • Drop-shipped items may have different dispatch times and are subject to the supplier’s shipping process.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 working day of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned under our Returns Policy if necessary.

6. Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
