Returns and Exchanges

At Vin’s Boutique, we hope you love every item you purchase. If, for any reason, you need to return or exchange a product, please read the guidelines below carefully.

Returns Window

  • Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us first via our contact form or email. Returns must be approved before sending the item back.

Return Postage

  • Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Hygiene & Earrings

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.

  • The only exception is Vin’s Boutique-labelled earrings with a void hygiene seal, these may be returned if the seal is unbroken.

  • Earrings are modelled in product images, and sizes are approximate. Due to this and hygiene regulations, earrings cannot be returned for fit or size preference.

  • Drop-shipped earrings cannot be returned unless faulty, regardless of packaging.

Personalised, Digital, Perishable & Gift Items

  • Personalised products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

  • Digital assets (downloads, courses, or digital products) cannot be refunded due to their nature of instant delivery and download.

  • Perishable items cannot be returned.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Sale & Free Items

  • Sale items with a discount of more than 40% are exempt from returns and exchanges.

  • Free items included in orders must be returned if the order is being returned (excluding small promotional gifts like a free tea sample).

Drop-Shipped Items

  • Some products (e.g., crystal gemstones, home products, T-shirts) are fulfilled directly by our suppliers.

  • Drop-shipped items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds for eligible drop-shipped items will be issued once the item has been received and inspected by the supplier, which may take longer than in-stock items.


Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an in-stock item, please follow the same return process.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the replacement item.

  • Drop-shipped items cannot be exchanged.

Wrong or Faulty Items

  • If we send the wrong product or an item is faulty, we will arrange for the return at no cost to you, and your order will be resent once the correct product has been received.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Please allow up to 14 working days for refunds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes

  • Orders containing both in-stock and drop-shipped items may arrive in separate parcels, and any returns must be processed per item type.

  • If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return postage and resolve the issue promptly.
